  • Usage data: anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration.

3. Purposes of processing

  • To respond to quote and contact requests (legal basis: pre-contractual measures — Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Sending of commercial communications, only with prior explicit consent (legal basis: consent — Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal, accounting and tax obligations (legal basis: legal obligation — Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Anonymised statistical analysis of site traffic (legal basis: legitimate interest / consent for GA4).

4. Processing methods

Data is processed with electronic tools, using appropriate technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure.

  • Google LLC — Google Apps Script, Firebase, Google Analytics 4 (US servers, EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply).
  • Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery (US/EU servers).
  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and Vercel Analytics (US/EU servers).
  • Competent authorities — where required by law.

6. International data transfers

Some processors are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and, where applicable, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Data retention

  • Contact data for quote requests: 24 months from last contact.
  • Accounting / tax records: 10 years, as required by law.
  • Navigation and analytics data: 14 months (GA4).

8. Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • restrict processing;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
