These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website dynamicdigital.it("Site") and the services provided by Dynamic Digital. By using the Site, the user fully accepts these Terms.

Dynamic Digital provides digital marketing, web development, custom software and digital consulting services. The information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer: any contractual relationship will be formalised through a separate proposal and contract.

5. Quote requests
Submitting the quote request form creates no contractual obligation for either Dynamic Digital or the user. Commercial proposals are sent separately and are valid for the period stated in the proposal.

Dynamic Digital endeavours to keep the Site operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Digital is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, nor for general information published on the Site, which does not constitute specific professional advice.

The Site may contain links to external websites. Dynamic Digital is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such websites.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian Court of the provider's registered office, save for mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
